Data retention period
UAB “AKORDAS 1” retains personal data for no longer than required by the purposes of data processing or as prescribed by legal acts if they stipulate a longer retention period. Personal data is generally retained for as long as legitimate claims may arise from contractual relationships or for as long as necessary to pursue and protect the legitimate interests of UAB “AKORDAS 1”. Personal data that is no longer required is destroyed. When providing services, UAB “AKORDAS 1” processes traffic data only to the extent necessary to ensure the proper provision of services, except in cases prescribed by law.
